What CharID does

CharID is a visual storytelling platform that keeps your characters, settings, props and wardrobe consistent across a whole book. Use your own art or generate it.

The problem

Anyone with a good story can make a picture. Almost no one can make a whole book. AI image tools have no memory, so your hero's face, outfit and world change on every page. Authors report generating 100 or more images to get 15 usable pages. Hiring an illustrator typically costs $2,000 to $10,000.

How we solve it
